Throughout my 4+ years of professional experience working in different segments such as workflow and project management, education and automobilism in the B2B and B2C markets. I’ve always been interested in psychology, data, metrics, design in general and flows.

I believe that a user-centred design approach and business goals can be aligned to achieve the best solutions to create better user experiences in their daily lives.

Now, I'm working thinking in delivering the best experience in automobile service in Kwan, allocated in Critical TechWorks, a BMW Group Company, as a Product Designer.
